    Das Veggi-Hack aus Erbse & Jackfrucht hat mich rundum begeistert. Die Kombination aus Erbse und Jackfrucht sorgt für eine hervorragende Textur: schön bissfest, saftig und erstaunlich „fleischig“ wirklich eine der besten veganen Hack-Alternativen, die ich bislang ausprobiert habe.Der Geschmack ist aromatisch und ausgewogen, ohne künstlich zu wirken. Es nimmt Gewürze und Saucen ausgezeichnet auf, sodass man in der Küche vielseitig damit arbeiten kann, sei es für Pasta, Bolognese, Tacos, Hackpfannen oder Burger.Was mir außerdem sehr gut gefällt:Gute Zutatenqualität, klarer, natürlicher Geschmack. Vegan und proteinreich, trotzdem bekömmlich Verarbeitung und Konsistenz passen perfekt zu herzhaften Gerichten.Insgesamt ein Produkt, das sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Haptik her überzeugt, absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine leckere, pflanzenbasierte Alternative zu klassischem Hackfleisch suchen.

    Wirklich ein sehr gutes Fleischersatzprodukt!!!

    Ich bin sehr kritisch bei Fleischersatzprodukten und finde z.B. beyond beef unendlich ekelig. Dieses Zeug hier ist aber echt gut! Ich nehme es auch als Fleisch Esser oft lieber für meine Bolognese al Forno Gerichte. Penne machen, dieses Hack dazu, wie Hackfleisch verarbeiten und würzen, ich nehme nur like veggie Gewürz ein bisschen und eine Messerspitze geräucherte Paprika dazu für leichtes Rauch Aroma und mehr Würze. Dann ganz normal Bolognese Auflauf mit Käse drüber, eventuell noch eine Paprika mit rein, schmeckt ungelogen besser als dieses billig Hackfleisch vom Discounter. Und es ist auch eine Kosten Frage. Aus 80g kann ich hier von LOCKER nen ganzen Auflauf für eine Familie machen. Bei den Fleisch Preisen ist diese Alternative allein deswegen schon eine Überlegung wert. Das sind gut 12x Essen für 4 Leute, also gut 50x Auflauf essen für mich alleine mit einem Beutel. Also wenn ich das beim Fleischer kaufe bin ich bei 6 Mahlzeiten für mich alleine bei 30€. Das ist ein astronomischer Unterschied. Ich finde es gut, dass Fleischersatzprodukte endlich um das günstiger sind, was sie tatsächlich kosten sollten. Oft wird das als Mode Produkt beworben, aber der Sinn ist ja, dass man Ressourcen spart, weil man Pflanzen statt Fleisch isst.Ich wünschte echt mehr Leute würden diese super Alternative kennen. Also ich nehme es auch primär nur für Pasta Gerichte, manchmal auch so als Bolognese, aber dafür ist es echt gut. Also ich esse auch Fleisch und oft genug ziehe ich das Zeug vor, aus geschmacklichen Gründen sogar und vor allem die Preis Leistung. Das Produkt schmeckt zu 90% und vor allem auch von der Konsistenz wie Fleisch. Das ist echt ein sehr gut gelungenes Produkt! Das Fleisch von beyond hatte ich ausgespuckt, weil ich es nicht mochte. Zum Glück habe ich dieses Zeug hier zu erst entdeckt, das hätte sonst langfristig meine Erwartungen an Fleischersatzprodukte vernichtet.

    mein absolutes Lieblingshack, und das vegan. Habe in meiner veganen Zeit (so vor 2018-2024) mindestens einmal jedes vegane Hack ausprobiert und naja essbare gefunden, die mir persönlich meist zu salzig waren. Bei einem Hack finde ich die Haptik (Biss, Größe) das wichtigste, Geschmack kommt (wie beim Hackfleisch auch) durchs Anbraten (Röstaromen) und die Zutaten. Die Haptik dieses Hacks überzeugt mich total, ich kann es auf Vorrat lagern und nach 5 Minuten anbraten. Selbst jetzt als Flexitarierer nehme ich kein Hackfleisch mehr für eine Bolognese ähnliche Sosse. Klopse-Ersatz habe ich damit leider nicht hinbekommen. Schade.

    Lässt sich exakt wie reguläres Hack verarbeiten. Für den Umami-Geschmack nehme ich zum quellen der Trockenmasse etwas in heissem Wasser aufgelöste Miso-Paste. Man braucht beim anbraten mehr Öl, aber in der Pfanne lässt sich das optisch kaum noch vom gemischten Hack unterscheiden. Auch ist der Biss sehr nahe dran. Bisher im Chilli Con Carne und in der Bolognese verarbeitet. Selbst den kritischen Teenies im Haus schmeckt das.

    Ich bin lange Kundin in einschlägigen Drogerien mit gut ausgebautem Bio und Vegan Sortiment gewesen. Jedoch werden diese kleinen Packungen auf Dauer einfach echt teuer. Wir haben den Kilo Sack ausprobiert und wirklich, es schmeckt super, ist nährstoffreich und ein Preis/LeistungssiegerIch habe es mir als Abo bestellt, so bekomme ich regelmäßig mein "Hack" und muss mich nicht mehr darum kümmern.Top Sache👍

    I was introduced to this while visiting Switzerland and was amazed at how well it worked as a ground beef substitute for tacos. When arriving back in the U.S., I discovered it was available on Amazon and was thrilled to get more! We've tried it in tacos, chili, enchilada bake, tater tot casserole, spaghetti... it's great. The more mixed into a recipe is, the less you can even tell it isn't real ground beef. Good texture and taste with high protein. I also love how you can store it right in the pantry without needing to refrigerate/freeze like so many meat replacements.I don't know why it says it's no longer available, but I hope you can bring it back! This product is a game-changer for making vegan cooking easy and accessible.

    I use this in vegetarian chili. It has a real meaty texture. I cook in water and drain. So happy to have a non-soy crumble. The taste is bland with slight umami. I add smoke flavor and braggs to the chili and it's perfect. I can't tell you how many compliments I get from meat eaters on my meatless chili. Vegan for the win!

    I have tossed these in as a meat replacement to many things and no one even noticed! Ground beef texture and easy to rehydrate. They smell awful but once you rehydrate just mix them in with your seasoning and 'go'.

    There isn't much flavor so soaking in a broth would be best. The texture is a bit firm, but it's a good mimick for meatless ground meat type recipies. It's my favorite for chili or a vegan bologneise. Will keep in pantry for sure.
