    Bie Bio-Steaks haben in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Die Fleischqualität ist ausgezeichnet: schöne Marmorierung, frische Optik und ein angenehmer, natürlicher Geruch. Beim Braten entwickeln sie ein intensives, aromatisches Geschmackserlebnis und bleiben dabei wunderbar saftig.Besonders positiv ist die spürbare Qualität des Bio-Fleisches. Man merkt den Unterschied – sowohl in der Textur als auch im Geschmack.     Ein sehr leckerer und vielseitig einsetzbarer Fleischersatz. Bin froh ihn hier gefunden zu haben. Sojasteaks hab ich früher im Reformhaus gekauft. Dort gibt es sie aber nicht mehr.Einfach in Gemüsebrühe mit einer Zwiebel und einem Lorbeerblatt kochen, abkühlen lassen und ausdrücken. Kräftig gewürzt kann man es grillen oder auch panieren und braten oder klein geschnitten als Geschnetzeltes verarbeiten.Kaufe ich auf jeden Fall wieder.

    Meine Frau ist Vegetarierin, ich nicht.Sie hat die Big Steaks nach einem Rezept gemacht und ich muss sagen, auch mir als Fleischesser sind diese Steaks eine echte Alternative um weniger Fleisch zu essen.

    Es sicher eine gute Qualität, zumal viele als Kunden davon abhängig sind,das bspw. diese Ware nicht Genmanipuliert gewachsen,als Ausgangsprodukt.Tipp:In Gemüsebrühe aufkochen,mit feingemahlen Kräuter der Provence,und danach in der Pfanne,oder Backofen wo gerne mit etwas Brühe brät,zum Schluss Olivenöl.Vielen herzlichen Dank

    Sehr lecker und ohne komischen Eigengeschmack den man eigentlich von Fleischersatzprodukten so kennt.Gut zu verarbeiten und die Konsistenz ist Fleisch sehr ähnlich. Habe Schnitzel daraus gemacht. Für uns auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Alternative zu normalen Schnitzel.

    Ich habe schon oft Soja Big Steaks bestellt, aber diese hier sind die schlechtesten, die ich je hatte.Sie sind sehr grob strukturiert, fleddern beim Kochen auseinander und haben keine richtige rechteckige Form.Für Rouladen völlig unbrauchbar und sicher nichts, womit man Gäste bekochen möchte.Auch wenn der Preis günstig wirkt, ist er viel zu hoch für diese schlechte Qualität.Andere Marken bieten deutlich bessere Big Steaks mit glatterer Struktur.Ich möchte nicht, dass jemand, der zum ersten Mal Soja Big Steaks ausprobiert, denkt, das müsse so sein. Das sind keine normalen Soja Big Steaks. Von diesem Produkt kann ich nur abraten.
