    Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Sonnenhack. Der Geschmack ist richtig gut und die Konsistenz erinnert stark an echtes Hackfleisch. Auch die Gewürze nimmt es super auf, sodass die Gerichte immer schön aromatisch werden. Besonders positiv finde ich die sehr guten Inhaltsstoffe – alles wirkt hochwertig und natürlich. Dazu kommt eine top Preis-Leistung, denn das Produkt ist nicht nur lecker, sondern auch sehr ergiebig. Aus 500 g bekomme ich mehrere Mahlzeiten für zwei Personen, ohne dass etwas fehlt. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung!

    Allerdings habe ich noch ein enderes Produkt probiert, das mir noch viel besser schmeckt. ( Natur ohne Gewürze- kann man individuell verarbeiten und würzen.) Aber insgesamt eine super Alternative zu Soja, das ja insgesamt als nicht besonders nachhaltig gesehen ( Land und Wasserverbrauch) wird und auch ernährungsphysiologisch einige Nachteile hat . Es gibt bekannte hormonelle Beeinflussungen- Soja enthält pflanzliche Östrogene und lässt Bauchfett anwachsen. Nicht umsonst rodet die Welt Urwälder, um Soja anzubauen, welches an Tiere zu Mastzecken verfüttert wird.

    Hab die Packung vor ein paar Monaten aus Neugier mal bestellt, aber sie stand die ganze Zeit nur im Regal rum, hab mich irgendwie nie recht dran getraut. Grad eben hab ich dann endlich mal eine Nudelpfanne damit gemacht - die Verarbeitung fühlt sich leicht anders an als mit normalem Hack (kein großer Bräunungsgrad an dem man sich orientieren kann), aber geschmacklich bin ich absolut positiv überrascht. Richtig lecker, prima im Biss, wird definitiv nicht die letzte Packung gewesen sein die ich bestellt habe.Zudem ist der Ersatz wirklich sehr ergiebig, ich denke man muss da ein Gefühl für entwickeln wieviel am Ende bei rauskommt, wenn man es mit Wasser versetzt, denn ich habe ein wenig mehr "Hack" gehabt als ich geplant hatte - dafür hat's dann am Ende einfach für einen Extrateller gelangt ;-)Klare Kaufempfehlung.

    Ich habe es a gekauft, da ich Soja Produkte nicht mag und eine Alternative zu Fleisch suche. Skeptisch habe ich den ersten Versuch gestartet und war positiv überrascht. Die Bolognese Soße schmeckt uns allen. Sogar die Hunde bekamen einen Löffel in den Napf und haben gierig aufgefressen. (Dies eher zum Spaß, da mein Mann sagte, dass er keinen Unterschied zu Fleisch merkt, aber die Hunde das sicher riechen).Fazit: ich werde es wieder bestellen.. ich habe pro Person ca. 30 g gerechnet
