    Löst sich gut auf, kein Geschmack, top Preis-Leistung

    Nehme das seit ein paar Wochen und bin zufrieden. Löst sich auch in kaltem Wasser gut auf, keine Klumpen, geschmacksneutral wie beschrieben. Dosierung mit dem Löffel ist easy, ca. 5g täglich reichen. Merke nach den ersten Wochen schon mehr Kraft bei den letzten Wiederholungen im Training.Preis-Leistung passt, die Menge hält bei täglicher Einnahme lange. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Messlöffel ist ziemlich klein, man braucht mehrere pro Portion. Sonst alles top, kann ich weiterempfehlen.

    Was gibt es zu berichten:1. Verpackung: Die Kreatindose kam gut verpackt an.2. Qualitätsanspruch: Der Inhalt ist made in germany, also gehe ich von einer sauberen Zusammensetzung des Kreatins aus.3. Wirkung: Ich habe damit die sog. „Ladephase“ gemacht, also jeden Tag bis zu 20 Gramm für 5 Tage genommen. Beim Training habe ich zuletzt etwas mehr als üblich an Gewicht und Wiederholungen geschafft. Es ist ein leichter Anstieg des Muskelumfangs zu verzeichnen, der Umfang des Bizeps ist auch leicht erhöht, das ist wohl der „Wassereinlagerung“ zu verdanken. Ja, und natürlich geht mit der ganzen nebenbei bedingten zusätzlichen Wasserspeicherung, neben dem zusätzlichen Kreatinphosphat in den Muskeln auch das Körpergewicht etwas nach oben, also etwa 1,5 kg bei mir. Letzteres lässt sich mit dem späteren Absetzen des Kreatins auch wieder loswerden, also kein Problem an sich.Nach neueren Studien soll Kreatin auch das „Arbeitsgedächtnis“ unterstützen und bei Stress kognitiv förderlich sein. Allerdings werden dafür zT höhere Dosen von etwa 20 Gramm als notwendig angenommen. Ich kann bisher schon klar denken und nach mehreren Stunden Lernen oder Gehirnarbeit ist eh irgendwann das Tageslimit erreicht und ich denke man/frau sollte mit dem Geist ebenso fürsorglich umgehen, wie dem Körper, also besser nichts übertreiben und daher sehe ich kein Bedarf Kreatin zur Steigereung der kognitiven Leistungsfähigkeit einzusetzen.4. Vorrat: Ich habe mir bereits die zweite Dose bestellt damit ich später nicht in Engpässe komme.5. Geschmack: schmeckt nach annähernd nichts, kann also gut in Wasser oder Saft gelöst getrunken werden. Etwas kernig im Abgang, leichte Note nach chemischen Prozessen, wenn ich es mit Leitungswasser trinke, beim Einrühren in Multivitaminsaft oder Proteinshake ist der Abgang für mich besser. Es lohnt sich immer, den nicht ganz zu vermeidenden „Satz“ am Boden des Bechers mit etwas Flüssigkeit „nachzukippen“, sonst bleiben Kreatinreste ungenutzt im Geschirrspüler danach.6. Verdauung: Ich habe auch in der „Ladephase“, also jeden Tag 6 Löffelchen davon, keine Verdauungsprobleme oder Veränderungen festgestellt. Allerdings habe ich das Zeug immer zu einer Mahlzeit oder mit einem Proteinshake zusammen genommen.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Gut, fairer Produktpreis bei Amazon rd. 20 Euro für die Dose.Fazit: Leute, kauft das Zeug, es lohnt sich und Euer Kraft- und Ausdauertraining gestaltet sich effektiver!

    Habe zuvor immer Natural Elements genutzt und bin umgestiegen, weil NE irgendwann einen komischen Geruch entwickelt hat. Das Produkt ist super. Es ist geschmacksneutral, riecht nicht und löst sich gut auf. Einfach 30-60 Sekunden nach dem einfüllen und Umrühren warten und das Produkt hat fast keine Rückstände.

    The first photo on this product shows capsules, as does the description showing serving amount as "200". In fact what was delivered is the powder version with only 93 servings. Looking again, the description includes both capsules and powder which is confusing. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time so I know what I'm getting.
