Endlich gut schneidende kleine Messer, die echte Küchenhelfer sind. Hätte ich schon vor Monaten kaufen sollen. Mein Mann und ich „streiten“ uns fast darum, fast immer sind beide in der Spülmaschine. Ich glaube wir brauchen Nachschub😅👍🏼

Nach dem nachschärfen top
Ich liebe Messer von Victorinox. Bisher bin ich noch nie enttäuscht worden.Bisher.Wobei das Wort "Enttäuschung" zu hart klingt. Eins der beiden Messer war nur mittelmäßig scharf, das andere scharf. Sehr scharf war keins. Das kannte ich bisher anders.Ich sehe das nicht dramatisch. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, sehen gut aus und sind beinahe unschlagbar günstig. Und sie lassen sich sehr einfach schärfen.Und genau das habe ich dann auch getan. 10 x von jeder Seite im 20 Gradwinkel über die 600er Diamantscheibe , danach 8 x pro Seite über die 800er Diamantscheibe, dann noch 6 x mit dem Keramikstab und zum Abschluss 6 x übers Leder. Fertig. Keine große Sache. Ergebnis: Sehr scharf.Fazit: Ja, ich ziehe einen halben Stern ab, weil man natürlich erwarten darf, dass das Messer vom Start weg scharf ist. Andererseits muss man spätestens nach ein paar Monaten sowieso schärfen, also überhaupt kein Drama.Das Gesamtpaket stimmt für mich, nach dem Schärfen ist das ein glasklares 5-Sterne-Messer.
