Super Gemüsemesser!
Ich habe mir dieses Messer geholt, weil ich zu Weihnachten von meinen Schwiegereltern das dazugehörige Messerset bekommen habe und mir die Schärfe und Handhabung der Messer sehr gut gefallen hat.Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand, man kann auch eine große menge an Gemüse schneiden, ohne das man irgend welche Druckstellen an der Hand bekommt.Die Schärfe des Messers ist auch sehr ordentlich, man kann ohne mühe Tomaten schneiden, ohne sie auch nur annähernd einzudrücken.Man hat bei manchen arten von Gemüse einfach das Gefühl, dass das Messer einfach durch gleitet.Der Grund für die 5 Sterne?Ich bin bis jetzt zu 100% zufrieden und kann das Messer und die Messerserie Twin Chef nur jeden empfehlen.Auch wenn es nicht das günstigste Gemüsemesser ist, kann man hier bedenkenlos zuschlagen.Man muss keine Angst haben das man zu viel bezahlt, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist mehr als angemessen.
Scharf, langlebig und liegt gut in der Hand
Das beste Küchenmesser, das ich je hatte. Würde 6 Sterne geben wenn das ginge. Klasse Teil.
nicht scharf genug und schräger Schnitt
Für eine Messer in der Preisklasse ist es mir nicht scharf genug. Zudem gelingt es mir nicht, damit eine Scheibe Gurke gerade abzuschneiden, sondern das Messer tendiert dazu, schräg zu schneiden. Die Klinge ist mir auch etwas zu dick und zu hoch. Als positiv bewerte ich die Verarbeitungsqualität und die Form des Griffs.
Tolles Küchenmesser
Geniales Messer, wirklich sehr scharf, liegt gut in der Hand. Zur langen Haltbarkeit wasche ich es nur von Hand und nicht in der Spülmaschine. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
Hochwertige Messer
Nicht zum ersten Mal kaufte ich von dieser Firma Messer, sind zwar etwas teuer als die, die man in diversen Möbelhäusern oder Märkten bekommt aber sie sind ihr Geld wert. Und mit einem vernünftige Schleifstein könnte Mann sich nachher sogar rasieren, so scharf sind sie. Habe ich natürlich nicht ausprobiert....
