Avendo qualche anno di esperienza con l'uso di coltelli, sono andato direttamente sul sicuro acquistando la migliore marca a mio parere. Esperienza e qualità dell'acciaio permetto un utilizzo duraturo nel tempo, ovvio che senza una perfetta affilatura anche il migliore dei coltelli sarebbe inutile
Excellent knife -would recommend
The Swibo knives are fantastic - keep an edge very well and extremely durable. Much prefer the Swibo's with the orange handles to my Dexter Russel blades and / or the Victorinox blades with the black handles
Orange, not yellow. Was super sharp
Was fantastic when i first got it (April 2020) as it cut through everythingA year on (May 2021) it no longer cuts through skin at all, or meat without really pushing hard on it.That said I have not sharpened it, so to be expected.The small knife in the picture is my Victorinox Yellow 11cm steak knife, the large "Orange" knife next to it is this one.

Sharpest knife I’ve ever used
Feels really good in the hand.Well balanced with enough flex in the blade.I bought this knife to trim briskets, pork shoulders, beef ribs etc to go on the smoker.The blade is exceptionally sharp to the degree I’m thinking of buying a cut proof glove for my holding hand.
