    Das Messer ist genau wie erwartet. Für den Preis absolut super. Mache sehr viel im Bereich BBQ und wollte ein nicht allzu teures Messer um z.B. überschüssiges Fett problemlos vom Fleisch entfernen zu können. Das macht das Messer mit Bravur. Bin echt begeistert. Weitere werden folgen.e

    Das Messer entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen; es ist scharf und liegt gut in der Hand. Ich benutze es zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Geflügel, zum Entfernen von Häutchen und Sehnen, zum Filetieren, Spicken und natürlich zum Ausbeinen. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
