    Es ist vielleicht kein high-tech-Messer, aber es funktioniert tadellos bei allen "klebrigen" Kösesorten. Natürlich kommt das Messer bei Hartkäse (z.B. alter Parmesan) an seine Grenzen. Aber dafür ist es ja auch nicht gedacht und dafür gibt's geeignetere Messer.Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

    Qualität wie erwartet von VIctorinox. Das Messer an sich finde ich aber nicht so mega super für Käse. Bleibt fast genau so stecken im Käse wie normale Messer. Trotzdem hilfreich bei großen Stücken wegen der langen 13cm Klinge.

    Ein Schönes Käsemesser - Kunststoffgriff ist nicht so schön aber funktionell.

    Das Messer kommt aus dem gleichem Haus wie das Taschenmesser vom Alpenverein ;-) im Gegensatz dazu sind die kanten leider zu scharfkantig so das ich die Messer Pimpen mußte, da die scharfen Durchbrüche einen unschönen Effekt beim schneiden haben. Es entstehen sehr leicht Käsespäne in diesen, die man schnell von einem Käse zum nächsten bringen kann.Eine Politur sieht anders aus.

    Ottima impugnatura, ergonomica ed antiscivolo, e lama affilatissima! Non dò 5 stelle perché le spese di spedizione sono eccessive così come eccessivi sono i tempi di consegna. Ma il coltello è favoloso, da 6 stelle ed anche più!

    My son is a cheese monster and also very hard to buy Christmas presents for. I bought him a selection of cheeses and to cut them, this knife. He was overjoyed. The knife is well made as you would expect from Victorinox and cuts through cheese easily. It is a classic design and functional. Like all products that mention the word knife, you have to prove you're old enough to enjoy cheese.
