    Serving Recommendation‎The falafels are particularly crispy when rolled in sesame seeds before frying. Alnatura falafel is also recommended with onion and coriander. Chop an onion and 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander small and knead under the mass. You can remove excess fat by placing the falafel on kitchen paper for a short time after frying.

    Die Alnatura Bio Falafel schmecken sehr gut und sind schnell zubereitet. Außen werden sie schön knusprig und innen bleiben sie angenehm weich.Praktisch für ein schnelles Essen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

    Ich mag die Falafel sehr sie sind Lecker und ich mache zusätzlich immer nochmal etwas Petersile etc rein schmeckt dann nochmal besser! Würde ich immer bevorzugen!

    Die Falafelmischung ist für eine Fertigmischung geschmacklich wirklich recht gut. Die Zubereitung in der Pfanne mit Öl klappte auch prima. Man sollte auf eine Temperatur von 170 Grad achten, damit sich die Teile nicht mit Fett vollsaugen oder nicht richtig gar werden. Fertig frittiert sind sie außen schön knusprig und haben auch innen eine prima Konsistenz, wie man es von einer guten Falafel gewohnt ist. Geschmacklich sind sie sicherlich nicht ganz mit denen von guten arabischen Restaurants zu vergleichen, aber als Bericht für zu Hause dennoch prima. Auch preislich sind sie sehr attraktiv. Man bekommt ungefähr zehn Bällchen aus einer Packung raus und reicht ungefähr für knapp zwei Personen.

    Die sind richtig lecker! Die liegen nicht schwer im Magen. Ich kann die weiterempfehlen. Ich dachte bloß am Anfang, dass es Fertigfalafeln sind, es ist ein Pulvermix! Wird lediglich mit gekochtes Wasser gemischt und dann gebraten. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
