I’m very pleasantly surprised by these soy schnitzel pieces. They rehydrate quickly, absorb flavors extremely well, and have a great texture once cooked. Perfect as a meat alternative in many dishes (stir-fries, sauces, wraps, or even breaded). The organic quality and clean ingredient list are a big plus. Mir und meiner Familie schmeckt diese Alternative als Gulaschersatz sehr gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen, wer eine Alternative zu Fleisch sucht.
