    Ich bin begeistert von dem Granulat!Es lässt sich hervorragend zubereiten, quillt gut und hat nicht diesen typischen altmuffigen Sojageschmack.Selbst meinem Freund hats geschmeckt :)Super lieber Verkäufer, der eine persönliche Widmung verfasste und einen Tee dazu legte.Ich empfehle diesen Artikel gerne weiter, weil ähnliche Produkte mit nicht-ähnlicher Qualität wesentlich teurer verkauft werden

    Tldr: Günstig, einfach, lecker kochen. Gut zu lagern wegen Trocken. Ersetzt nahezu alles an Fleisch was ich für Pfannen oder Wraps nutzeIch selbst bin nicht vegetarisch oder vegan aber habe Sojagranulat bei einem Arbeitskollegen ausprobiert.Es ist am Anfang doch etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen der Zubereitung aber am Ende des Tages kann ich sagen ich habe mir weitere 4 von diesen Paketen bestellt. Diesmal aber von Planeo direkt weil das auch günstiger ist.Alles in allem kann ich sagen das ich dies jetzt als Hauptquelle für Essen nutze weil der Prozess so einfach ist, der Preis pro KG weit unter Fleisch liegt und geschmacklich es echt gut ist.Meine Zubereitung:- Granulat in eine Schüssel Abwägen (100g ist immer eine gute Portion und mit Nudeln oder reis dazu auch perfekt für 2 Personen)- Gut würzen mit den Lieblingsgewürzen (überwürzen ist wirklich schwer)- Nach 10 bis 15 Minuten wasser Abgießen und das Granulat dann in die Pfanne- Kochendes Wasser in die Schüssel geben und am Ende Ein Brett oder Deckel drauf, sodass das Granulat gut aufgehen kann (also wie z.B. 5-Minuten Terrine)- Ich brate gerne mit Olivenöl und Sojasoße (helle und dunkle geht beides) an. Je nach gewünschten Geschmack

    Schmeckt echt gut, ich löse immer eine Fettbrühe von Maggi für 100 G Soja Granulat in Wasser auf.Ich warte immer maximal 5 Minuten bei gekochten Wasser. Sie sind mir dann ausreichend aufgegangen und Geschmacklich passt es auch.Brate diese dann stark in eine beschichteten Pfanne mit Öl und gebe ggf. noch etwas Salz hinzu, je nach dem was es dazu gibt.

    Das Produkt ist großartig. Man kann eine Menge leckere Dinge damit machen, wenn man kreativ ist und gut abschmecken kann. Der Versand war sehr schnell! Die Kids haben die Bolognese tatsächlich sehr gemocht und die sind normalerweise kritisch. Ich habe nichts anders gemacht, also sonst. Außer ein wenig mehr Knoblauch benutzt.Und außerdem... da gab es etwas Besonderes... Der Verkäufer planeo food hat mit einem Stift in das Paket geschrieben "Vielen Dank, meinVorname" und ein Herz. Könnt Ihr Euch vorstellen, wie schön das war? Eine Kleinigkeit. 10 Sekunden der Aufmerksamkeit. Ich habe mich so gefreut, ich hatte Gänsehaut. Danke schön, planeo food, das hat mir den Tag komplett versüßt und ich denke bestimmt lange daran!
