Stabil, scharf, ergonomisch, lang und günstig - was will man mehr?
Das Messer ist wirklich sehr gutIch habe schon sehr viele Messer mitunter von Wüsthof und Zwilling, von beiden die hochwertigeren geschmiedeten Messerserien (classic icon, pro) und obwohl dieses Messer gestanzt ist (mein erstes gestanztes) ist es den anderen Messern in sachen Stabilität nicht unterlegenEs ist sogar stabiler/ steifer als z.B. die Zwilling Profile Serie.Zudem ist es sehr leicht für 25cm Klingenlänge, leichter als die geschmiedeten 20cm, und daher sehr angenehm über längere Zeit handzuhabenDer Griff ist angenehm, die Messerklinge lässt sich gut mit Daumen und Zeigefinger für erhöhte präzision beim arbeiten umfassenDie Schärfe ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen und auch die Schnitthaltigkeit scheint in Ordnung zu seinDie Klinge ist im Gegensatz zu den meisten Messern aus Solingen schön polliert und nicht "gebürstet".Habe gehört viele meinten, dass Schneidgut sehr stark an der Klinge klebt, konnte im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Messern nicht feststellenEs ist das ideale Messer zum verarbeiten von größeren Mengen an Gemüse oder auch zum portionieren von sehr großen Fleischstücken zu z.B. GulaschUnd dabei ist es nichtmal wirklich teuer (im Vergleich zu geschmiedeten Messern von namhaften Herstellern)Also insgesamt ein tolles Messer für einen sehr akzeptablen Preis, sehr empfehlenswertFalls diese Rezension nützlich war würde ich mich sehr über die Betätigung des "nützlich" Buttons freuen
Sollte in keiner Küche fehlen.
Ein angenehm leichtes, gut verarbeitetes Kochmesser mit einer guten Grundschärfe. Die perfekte Ergänzung zum großen Chefmesser, für 80% aller Schneidaufgaben geeignet. Ein anderer Bewerter hat es "Sorglosschnittwerkzeug" genannt. Besser kann man dieses gute Kochmesser nicht beschreiben. Eine gute Empfehlung für jeden Koch.

Ein wunderbares Messer
Dieses Messer aus der Schweiz ist ein wunderbares Beispiel für ein perfektes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.Die Klinge dient betreffend Form und Länge wohl für über 90% der anfallenden Arbeiten in der privaten Küche wozu ein Messer seine Bestimmung findet.Es ist perfekt austariert, schön leicht und somit auch für mehrere Meter am Stück geeignet, und der Griff ist genau jener Handschmeichler nach dem ich lange gesucht habe. Die Schärfe ab Werk ist gut und wird mit etwas Nacharbeit noch besser, wenn auch nicht einer Klinge aus Kohlenstoffstahl gleichkommend. Das ist allerdings auch nicht der Anspruch, denn die Klinge ist aus einem legierten Chromstahl und somit weder rasiermesserscharf zu schärfen noch von der Schnitthaltigkeit her ewig scharf. Regelmäßiges Schärfen ist somit eine Voraussetzung an diesem Messer lange Freude zu haben. Ich würde dieses Messer sofort wieder kaufen und empfehle jedem der ein universelles, handschmeichelndes, schön anzusehendes, bei korrekter Pflege nicht rostendes Sorglosschnittwerkzeug für seine Küche sucht, dies mir gleich zu tun.
