Dadurch liegt das Messer sicher in der Hand und ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten, auch bei längeren Kochsessions. Der Griff fühlt sich ergonomisch an und bietet einen stabilen Halt.Die Verarbeitung wirkt insgesamt hochwertig für diese Preisklasse. Ich nutze das Messer jetzt seit über zwei Jahren und bin immer noch begeistert. Es ist super scharf und bleibt auch lange scharf, ohne dass man ständig nachschleifen muss. Die schöne Musterung der Klinge macht richtig was her und verleiht dem Messer einen hochwertigen Look.Der Griff ist aus weichem, glattem Holz, liegt sehr angenehm in der Hand und rutscht nicht. Damit zu schneiden macht einfach Spaß – egal ob Gemüse, Fleisch oder feine Kräuter, es gleitet sauber durch alles durch.Fazit: Mein absolutes Lieblingsmesser in der Küche. Scharf, hochwertig, gut ausbalanciert und zuverlässig – klare 5‑Sterne‑Empfehlung.

Für diesen Preis ein Top Koch/Küchen Messer. Ausreichend scharf für die Zwecke Zuhause. Für den Profi, würde die Haltbarkeit der Klinge allerdings nicht ausreichen. Ein Nachschärfen (abwetzen) ist oft nötig. Daher ein Stern AbzugEs liegt aber sehr gut in der Hand, lässt sich auch gut reinigen und sieht außerdem sehr gut aus.Die Damaszener Musterung ist allerdings nicht echt....Trotzdem, meine Empfehlung

Preis Leistung unschlagbar, super scharf
Hab es mittlerweile knapp 2 Jahre - hab es im weitere Modelle der Reihe ergänzt. Super scharf, robust und keinerlei Zweifel an der Qualität. Nutze es sehr viel, wird aber immer nur per Hand gewaschen natürlich.

Ich habe das PAUDIN Kochmesser (20 cm Klingenlänge) gekauft und bin wirklich begeistert. Zur Einordnung: Ich habe eine Sammlung an Kochmessern, die in der Anschaffung meist deutlich teurer waren – und trotzdem schlägt sich dieses Messer überraschend gut.Schon beim Auspacken macht es einen sehr wertigen Eindruck: saubere Verarbeitung, glatte Kanten, keine scharfen Übergänge am Griff – es wirkt insgesamt wie ein Messer aus einer deutlich höheren Preisklasse.Die Schärfe ist klasse. Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Kräuter und vor allem auch Fleisch lassen sich mühelos schneiden, ohne zu quetschen. Besonders positiv: Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand, ist angenehm ausbalanciert und ermöglicht ein kontrolliertes, sicheres Arbeiten.Auch nach mehreren Einsätzen bleibt die Klinge bisher sehr standfest, und die Reinigung ist unkompliziert. (Ich spüle es jedoch nur per Hand, damit das auch lange so bleibt.)Fazit: Für den Preis ein echtes Highlight – und trotz meiner sonst deutlich teureren Messer hat es einen festen Platz in der Küche bekommen. Klare 5 Sterne!
