Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Messer-Set! Die Klingen sind extrem scharf und gleiten mühelos durch Fleisch, Gemüse oder Brot. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wurde – die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, wirken sehr robust und sehen in der Küche auch noch richtig edel aus.Besonders gefällt mir die Vielseitigkeit: Vom Kochmesser bis zum kleinen Gemüsemesser ist alles dabei, was man im Alltag braucht. Auch nach mehreren Wochen intensiver Nutzung sind die Messer immer noch scharf und zeigen keine Abnutzung.Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich würde dieses Set jederzeit wieder kaufen oder verschenken. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Für wenig Geld gute Messer
Für unsere Kellerküche, die überwiegend von der Schwiegermutter genutzt wird, habe ich ein Messerset gesucht. Allerdings wollte Schwiegermutter nicht so viel Geld ausgeben, wie ich es für meine Messer ausgegeben habe.Nach längerem Suchen und Recherchieren habe ich mich dann für dieses Messerset entschieden.Das Set kommt in einem Karton, welcher in einem weiteren, dreimal so großem Amazon Karton verpackt ist.Die Messer sind sehr gut verarbeitet, was in dieser Preisklasse nicht gerade üblich ist.Sie liegen auch gut in der Hand, der Schwerpunkt ist gut ausbalanciert.Natürlich habe ich gleich einen Schneidetest gemacht. Hierfür eignen sich natürlich sehr gut Tomaten.Hier war ich dann doch etwas überrascht, denn das Messer hat keine Probleme, die Tomaten zu schneiden. Und das ohne Druck oder ähnliches. Nein, die Schärfe der Klinge kann man hier als sehr gut, fast schon als hervorragend bezeichnen. siehe Video.Und die Klinge ist geschärft und es ist nicht nur ein Grad an der Schneidfläche, sondern ein richtiger Schliff!!!Wie lange die Schärfe allerdings anhält, kann ich hier noch nicht sagen. Werde aber nach längerem Gebrauch ein Update der Bewertung machen.Ich vergebe hier volle 5 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung, denn hier sind Preis-Leistung einfach sehr gut!!

Hallo,Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Messer-Set! Die Klingen sind extrem scharf und ermöglichen präzises Schneiden, egal ob Fleisch, Gemüse oder Brot. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, und die Messer liegen angenehm in der Hand. Besonders gefällt mir das schöne Design mit der Damast-Optik – es sieht edel aus und macht sich toll in der Küche.Nach mehreren Wochen Nutzung kann ich sagen, dass die Messer ihre Schärfe sehr gut halten. Auch die Griffe sind rutschfest und bieten einen sicheren Halt. Insgesamt ein Top-Produkt zu einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Stabiles Messerset zum fairen Preis
Manch einer weiß, man kann für Messer Unmengen Geld ausgeben - je nachdem was man vor hat sollte man das auch. Wir haben einfach nur ein Messerset (vor allem größere Küchenmesser) für den gelegentlichen Hausgebrauch gesucht und sind damit fündig geworden.Habe für rund 60 € für 5 Messer jetzt ehrlich gesagt nicht allzu viel erwartet, bin aber positiv überrascht - die Messer sind schwer, stabil verarbeitet und auch scharf geschliffen, zudem auch ordentlich verpackt und in einer passenden Box, die man bestimmt auch so als Geschenk verpacken kann.Dass man für 60 Euro keinen Damaszener Stahl erwarten kann ist klar, ein bisschen geschmunzelt habe ich dann aber doch über die aufgedruckten (oder vermutlich eingeätzte?) "Wellenoptik", die gefalteten Stahl darstellen soll. Hätte es m.E. nicht gebraucht, aber stört nicht. Ein kleiner Abzug in der B-Note, grade due größeren Messer haben schon ordentlich Gewicht, bei längerem Arbeiten wird das vll. ins Handgelenk gehen, und due Griffe sind zwar stabil und optisch hübsch, aber etwas glatt, oder auch rutschig. Man muss bei hartem Schneidgut etwas aufpassen, aber da man eh sorgfältig arbeiten sollte und eine rutschfeste Unterlagen immer gut ist, sollte das nichts ausmachen.Wer einen Satz stabile Messer für daheim zum gelegentlichen zubereiten, schneiden und kochen braucht macht hier nichts verkehrt.

Gut verarbeitetes, scharfes Messer-Set zum guten Preis
An sich kann man für Messer sehr viel Geld ausgeben, und oftmals spiegelt sich das auch in der Qualität, Schärfe, Verarbeitung und Langlebigkeit wider.Daher kann man schon sagen, dass man mit dem 5-teiligen Gustrug-Set durchaus eine Überraschung vor sich hat. Die Messer sind für praktisch jeden Einsatzzweck geeignet und auch out-of-the-box scharf. Mit etwas Bearbeitung und Schärfung dann sofort einsatzbereit. Ich nutze sie jetzt etwa einen Monat und bislang keinerlei Abnutzungserscheinungen, die Klingen weiterhin scharf. Der Mix aus Holzgriff, glossy Oberfläche und dem Muster in den Klingen weiß auch optisch zu gefallen. Daher von mir auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Die Packung an sich könnte etwas schöner daherkommen. Aber das ist keinen Punktabzug wert.

Un superbe ensemble de couteaux de cuisine, mais...
Il s'agit là d'un très bel ensemble qui comprend les couteaux de cuisine les plus utilisés dans une cuisine (Couteau de Chef, Santoku, office, utilitaire et couteau à pain)Tous ces couteaux tiennent bien en main et sont parfaitement aiguisés. C'est pour moi un réel plaisir d'avoir un tel ensemble dans ma cuisine.Ce set de couteaux est livré dans une boite carton. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas un joli coffret de présentation, qui aurait été préférable pour un cadeau (les couteaux ne sont pas mis en valeur) et ce n'est pas non plus un coffret que l'on peut conserver si l'on souhaite utiliser ce set (dur de sortir les couteau de ce coffret. La manipulation est même un peu dangereuse pour les doigts, faites attention !)Quoiqu'il en soit, ce set aurait mérité non pas une telle boite, mais une trousse de rangement. Dommage qu'un tel accessoire ne soit pas fourni.Tout cela étant dit, je retire quand même 1 étoile à ma notation pour ce très bon set. Pourquoi ? A cause de la boite (et l'absence de trousse), mais aussi à cause de la gravure laser. D'une part, cette gravure n'avait pas de raison d'être, et d'autre part, esthétiquement, elle n'est pas très réussie. Ces couteaux, sans cette gravure imitant grossièrement un acier multicouche, auraient été plus design et tout aussi efficaces.
