Sehr scharf und liegt gut in der Hand
Das Messerset ist direkt out of the box richtig scharf und schneidet sauber durch Gemüse, Fleisch usw. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, wirken wertig verarbeitet und sehen auch optisch klasse aus. Für den Preis bin ich echt positiv überrascht, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Für 44,44 € geschossen. Dafür o.k. Das ‚Japanische‘ ist ja nur ein gelasertes Muster. Sie fühlen sich wertig an und liegen gut in der Hand. Ich hatte sie mir geholt um mit schwereren Messern zu üben. Alltagstauglich.

Die Lieferung ist schnell in den 2 Tage angekommen, und die Packung sieht außerordentlich schick aus, egal dass das Set als ein Gescheck sein oder selbst benutzt wird. Ich habe eine Gurke und ein Stück Schweinebauch durchgeschnitten, scharf, sauber und schnell. Ich bin außerdem zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verständis. Unter 90 Euro kann man 3 gute Messer erhalten, es lohnt sich zu kaufen.

Watch out for the pointy ends. I only got this because because of the magnetic knife holder. It was a good value with that included. very sharp due to finally honed blades. Easy to sharpen on wet stone.
Not super durable
Ordered a set and at first they were so comfortable in my hand and sharp but within a two weeks 1 of the handles discolored and turned rough. The companies great and send me a new set. This set lasted about a year and then the handles started to separate from the tang. It’s like the tang is sliding out of them. The wood is not as smooth as it was. I have since stopped using them and bought a different set from another company. Sad because they were very nice knives just not built well I guess.
