nach dem auspacken war ich vorerst skeptisch. diese messer sind ziemlich leicht zum vergleich anderer messer aus dieser serie oder von diesem hersteller.sind optisch gut verarbeitet und sind richtig scharf. an das gewicht gewöhnt man sich bestimmt noch

Unerwartet schlechte Qualität
Ich wollte für eigentlich nur gute und scharfe Messer zu einem normalen Preis, also kein Billigzeug, entschied mich aufgrund von Rezessionen für diesen Set und muss sagen, bereue meine Entscheidung. Die Messer sind so schnell stumpf geworden, dass es nicht mal möglich eine Gurke zu schneiden. Das einzige Messer das noch halbwegs schneidet, ist das große Fleischmesser. Wobei ich als Veganerin nur Salat und Gemüse damit schneide. Wie lange würde es dann wohl fürs Fleischschneiden brauchbar sein???? Ich habe diesen Sett niemals in Geschirrspüler gegeben, sondern mit der Hand abgewaschen und abgetrocknet, also daran kann es nicht liegen. Ich versuchte mehrmals diese Messern zu schleifen, leider bringt es gar nichts. Also mein Fazit: unglaublich schlechte Qualität, seines Preises absolut nicht Wert, sehr enttäuschend, dass so ein Schrott unter dem Qualitätsnamen verkauft wird.

Se questo set da 3 pezzi costa 150 euro abbiamo una media di circa 50 euro al pezzo. Maneggiati sembrano robusti e la lama è giunta affilatissima. Solo il tempo rivelerà tenuta dell'affilatura, durata del manico e resistenza alla ruggine

Great knives
A very nice set of knives. They have kept the sharp edge and feel nice to use.
Vey sharp at this point
Not made like an older knife we have of the same company. But I guess that's true with just about every thing now. The knife has been reduced in just about every aspect, Blade is sharp, but the metal is thinner and certainly not as heavy. The handle no longer has the metal furrell on it's end. The final judgment will be for how long the blade will maintain its sharpness.
