was surprised to learn that Codeage Multi Amino+ BCAA & EAA requires 8 capsules a day. Since I’m already taking 8 other supplements daily, adding another 8 feels excessive. The cost is also very high, especially for just a month’s supply.Compared to BCAA powders I take before the gym, this is much more expensive. The powder is cheaper, though you don’t get as complete of a formula. Even if money weren’t an issue, I’d still find 8 capsules a day hard to maintain long term.On the positive side, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no odd taste. I can see potential health benefits from the formula, but the high price and heavy daily dosage make it difficult for me to continue using.
