Einfach super
Das Messer ist einfach super. Ich schneide sehr gern damit. Brot, Fleisch, Gemüse und Obst. Und morgens ist es unser Brötchenmesser.
Klasse Messer von hoher Qualität
Klasse Messer von hoher Qualität. Liegen gut in der Hand. Sind für den ambitionierten Hobbykoch allemal völlig ausreichend. Aufgrund der Größe auch zum Brot schneiden geeignet. Ist sehr scharf. Wir haben damit selbst einen noch warmen Hefezopf sehr gut schneiden können, was mit den sonst üblichen Brotmessern gar nicht so einfach ist. Ich finde die Messer dieser Serie -- ist nicht das erste - gut ausbalanciert trotz ihres nicht gerade leichten Gewichts.
Früher war mehr Lametta...
Dieses Wellenschliffmesser ist seit Jahren mein Liebling in der Küche 😉 Leider ist kürzlich die Klinge im Schaft (!!!!) gebrochen und wir haben nach etwa 10 Jahren Gebrauch ein neues bestellen müssen. Da haben wir feststellen müssen, dass die Klinge insgesamt nennenswert dünner ausgeführt ist, was bei der Länge wahrscheinlich sehr viel schneller zu einem Bruch unter Belastung führen kann. Eine deutliche Reduzierung der Qualität bei WMF! Mich macht so etwas traurig, weil billig kann jeder auf der Erde 😉
Sehr schönes Messer in Profiqualität
Dieses Messer habe ich für meine Mutter als Geschenk gekauft, damit sie immer ein geschärftes Messer hat. Sie ist sehr glücklich damit, muss sich nicht mehr um das Schärfen von stumpfen Messern kümmern, kann damit alles wunderbar schneiden: Gemüse, Brot und Fleisch. Das Messer ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber die Anschaffung lohnt sich.
