Einfach nur ein tolles Messer
Vor einiger Zeit habe ich begonnen in der von meinem Ur-Ur-Großvater handgefertigten Backform sehr große Brote zu backen. Leider war das Problem dann, diese in Scheiben zu schneiden, dass einfache Brotmesser hatte einfach eine zu kurze Klinge und das Ganze wurde so zu einem Krampf. Dann bin ich hier auf dieses Messer gestoßen, es hat einfach eine sehr lange und superscharfe Klinge, ist perfekt gearbeitet und liegt mit dem Holzgriff sehr gut in der Hand. Es ist zwar nicht gerade billig, aber ich würde es wieder kaufen und kann es vor allem für große Brote sehr empfehlen.Viel Freude und alles Gute

Wurde von meinem Mann (früher Koch) als Ersatz für sein altes Messer gekauft. Entspricht genau seinen Erwartungen. Messer ist superscharf und liegt gut in der Hand.
Endlich mal lang und scharf!
Meine Frau backt gern große, runde Brote. Dafür sind die Standard Messer immer irgendwie zu kurz für gerade glatte Schnitte. Das Problem hat sich mit diesem Messer erledigt... Es liegt gut in der Hand und schneidet sehr gut. Wir sind mit dem Messer und dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden.

Klasse als Brotmesser
Ein tolles Messer insbesondere für große Brote. Es bleibt nichts oder sehr wenig an der Schneide kleben, beim Schneiden entstehen viel weniger Krümel als bei klassischen Brotmessern. Es ist auch sehr scharf, somit schneidet es sich viel leichter als mit klassischen Brotmessern.

The knife is amazing at cutting bread over the other bread knife mainly because the edge is on the right side and not the left. The teeth of the blade are closer together and shallow so when you're cutting, you can feel it slice and not tear the bread when using it.It's also less messy, I hate mess in my kitchen and around my chopping board, this knife makes it possible with creating less mess than the actual bread knife
