hochwertige Messer
Messer ist scharf, Griff ist gut, empfehlenswert
Oh yes
Ausgepackt und sofort am super Krusten Schwarzbrot meiner Traumfrau angetestet und mit dem alten Brotmesser verglichen.Meine Brotmesser hatten immer spitze Zacken, da ist man auf der Kruste herumgesprungen, versetzt gewesen und irgendwann in die Kruste reingekommen. Beim Victorinox sind die Spitzen nicht so extrem spitz, was mir vorher noch Sorgen bereitet hat. Aber erfreulicherweise hab ich gerade festgestellt, das es dadurch erstens nicht springtund zweitens wunderbar durch die Top Kruste schneidet.Butterweich und ohne zu versetzen schneidet es das Brot. Wunderbar.Jetzt muss sich noch über die Zeit zeigen, ob das auch lange so anhält.Ergonomie und Haptik sind super, ich mag den Griff, das Gewicht und den Winkel. Ein super Messer, ich bin erfreut!
Elegant und scharf
Elegantes Brotmesser mit abgerundeter Spitze. Sehr gute Verarbeitung, der Griff liegt perfekt in der Hand. Der Schwerpunkt ist gut gelegt so lässt sich auch härteres Brot problemlos schneiden.
Top Messer!
Ich nutze diese Messer seit mehr als 25 Jahre und bin diesem Treu. Kaufe es regelmässig, auch für Freunde und Kollegen!
Absolut TOP!
Ich habe es nach rund 15 Jahren kürzlich erneuert. Das "alte" war nicht wirklich stumpf und immer noch besser als einige teurere Alternativen, die ich zwischenzeitig geschenkt bekommen habe. Der Versuch des Nachschleifens des Wellenprofiels ist mir allerdings misslungen, deswegen der Neukauf nach langer Zeit. Für mich ist es das beste Brotmesser das ich jemals benutzt habe, für Brot, Brötchen und Kuchen, aber auch für harte Mettwurst oder Braten. Von dick bis hauchdünn ist jeder Schnitt so gerade wie mit einer Maschine.
Ein schönes Brotmesser
Das Brotmesser macht einen wertigen Eindruck und liegt gut in der Hand. Durch die 30er Klinge, lässt sich auch ein größeres Brot gut schneiden. Die Klinge ist allerdings nicht so starr wie ein z.B. WMF Messer, hat aber trotzdem eine ausreichende Stabilität. Beim Schneiden ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Klinge leicht nach links zieht (Rechtshänder). Wenn man dies beim Schneiden beachtet, sozusagen "gegensteuert" klappt's auch mit einem geraden Schnitt. Ich würden mir das Messer wieder anschaffen, Preis-Leistung ist top.

posso dare tranquillamente un mio giudizio positivo, faccio il pasticcere da 30 anni ed ho sempre usato questo coltello.Che sia chiaro, esistono certamente coltelli migliori, ma costano molto di più. Taglia tutto bene: Pane, torte, blocchi di cioccolato, anche verdure e formaggio. E' un coltello tuttofare tranne per la carne naturalmente. E' molto ben equilibrato e non pesa anche se si lo si usa per tanto tempo. La forma leggermente curva facilita il lavoro. Il manico in nylon è piacevole al tatto ed anche adatto a mani grandi.In più anche molto igienico. A mio parere bastano 3 tipi di coltelli in cucina per iniziare: un buon coltello da chef per la carne, uno piccolo tipo coltello office e questo modello della Victorinox. Amazon perfetto come sempre
