    Super Messer, angenehmer Griff - sehr scharf, nicht zu dünn und nicht zu dick. Genau was ich wollte. Bleibt super scharf, darf halt niemals in die Spülmaschine und das Schneidebrett ist am besten aus Holz ( wie bei allen Küchenmessern).

    Es liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist super scharf.Wie lange das hält, werde ich noch sehen.Der Griff ist NICHT aus Holz, sondern in Holz-Optik.Echtes Holz wäre besser gewesen.Und falls Victorinox jetzt sagt, dass das echtes Holz sei, dann merkt man das nicht

    Ich hatte keine Ahnung was "Schneiden" bedeutet, bevor wir den Entschluss gefasst hatten, mal ein wenig in gute Messer zu investieren.Die Klinge gleitet einfach ohne Probleme durch alles.Kein drücken, Kein sägen und keine schmerzenden Handgelenke mehr.Einfach ein Traum hiermit in der Küche zu arbeiten, absolute Stressersparnis und ein wahrer Segen.

    Nach mehr als 30 Jahren habe ich mir das Messer nochmals gegönnt. Leider ist der Grundschliff bei weitem nicht so gut und scharf wie ich das von den Schweizern gewohnt bin. Es ist für mich trotzdem noch das Messer Nr. 1 für Kochprofis aber bringt mich dazu einen Stern abzuziehen,

    早く届いたので1週間早い母の日にプレゼントしました。軽い、バランスが良い、作りがしっかりしている、恐ろしい程良く切れる、柔らかい食材を切っても切り口がスパッとしている、刃渡りが長いので見ていて怖いくらい、だそうです。プレゼントしたばかりなので耐久性だけは不明ですが、それ以外は絶賛されてホッとしました。
