    Sehr schöne Messer mit einem Echtholzgriff. Perfekter Halt beim Schneiden. Habe immer etwas Kleineres gesucht zu den großen Kochmessern. Dieses Messer ist passt genau.

    Ein wunderbar scharfes Küchenmesser, dass man vielseitig nutzen kann. Der Holzgriff liegt toll in der Hand und gibt einem beim Schneiden ein gutes Gefühl. Wir lieben unser neues Messer!

    Zwei Sterne für die Schärfe,für mehr reicht es dann leider nicht.Positiv vorn weg:Lieferung wahnsinnig schnell. Verpackung ok, sofern man es nicht verschenken möchte.Nun zum Messer.Sollte der Holzgriff aus zwei Halbschalen bestehen dann ist er sehr gut verarbeitet.Das Messer selbst kommt scharf zum Endkunden.Danach werden die Komplimente auch schon dünn.Ich habe von diesem Messer etwas anderes erwartet.Das ganze Messer wiegt ca. 120g. Die Schneide hat eine Länge von ca. 170mm, hoch ist es am Messergriff ca. 45mm am Ende zur Spitze hin, knapp 35mm. Der Messerrücken weißt eine Stärke am griff von 1,7mm auf. Am Ende zur Spitze hin nur noch 1.4mm und an der Spitze 0,5mm.Es liegt beim ersten Eindruck gut in der Hand, es fehlt aber definitiv Gewicht. Ein Santokumesser sollte i.d.R. zwischen 150 und. 300g wiegen. Da sind wir weit darunter.Und genau das macht es aus. Ein Messer sollte man fühlen. Hier fühlt man leider nichts.Zum schneiden funktioniert das Messer sicher, aber zu hacken und dafür sind die Allrounder (Santoku) eben gemacht, reicht es nicht.Das Messer erfüllt meine Erwartungen nicht, gar nicht. Ich werde es zurückschicken. Ursprünglich wollte ich mir noch ein Messerset von Victorinox mit 3. Messern bestellen, aber ich glaube das ist nach diesem Messer nicht mehr nötig.Liebes Team von Victorinox, hier sollte. unbedingt nachbessert werden. Mein Schweizer Offiziersmesser ist schwerer und tauglicher als dieser Nachbau.Fazit:Erwartungen an das Messer waren hoch, das Messer ist Küchentauglich aber den schon reduzierten Preis (~47€) am Ende nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend.Schade. Wirklich schade.
