    Habe das Messer verschenkt, durfte aber auch schon ran :) Jetzt bin ich neidisch.Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand und geht durch so ziemlich alles wie Butter. Als Geschenk kam es sehr gut an.Es ist seit 2 Monaten im Einsatz und bisher musste es nicht geschärft werden, dazu kann ich also noch nix.Beim nächsten Mal /Bedarf würde ich es auch für mich selbst kaufen und kann es voll empfohlen!!

    Tolles sehr hochwertiges Messer. Liegt gut in der Hand und durch die sehr dünne Klinge, also auch auf der Seite des Handrückens gleitet das Messer sehr leicht durch jegliches Schnittgut.Langzeitergebnisse zum Holzgriff kann man jetzt natürlich noch nicht sagen nach knapp 3 Wochen in Gebrauch - denke aber dass sich hier eine schöne Kontur/Patina heraus bildet.

    Bei uns zu Hause haben wir kleine Victorinox-Messer, die wirklich sehr gut sind. Deshalb haben wir uns auch für ein Profimesser dieser Marke entschieden. Leider ging dieses Messer nach nur viermaligem Gebrauch kaputt! Die Klinge hatte einen Makel, und der Holzgriff war schon zerfranst. Wir hätten von dieser Marke definitiv eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Als Alternative haben wir ein normales No-Name-Messer aus Ikea gekauft, und das hält heute noch.

    Super scharfes, elegantes Messer. Schwerpunkt sehr ausgewogen und ideal zum Schneiden. Mein Ehemann ist sehr glücklich damit, für meinen Geschmack ist es mit 104g etwas zu leicht.
