Gute Wahl, stabil, praktisch
Das Gerät kam gestern an. Sehr zügige Lieferung. Es ist einfach zusammenzubauen, auch wenn der Hinweis "wohin mit den Softrollen" fehlt. Danke einer anderen Rezension war ich schon aufmerksam dafür: sie werden über die Holme geschoben, die später als untere Haltestütze (Unterschenkel) beim Traing dienen.Das Gerät ist für mich (54kg) stabil und trotz des Eigengewichts gut zusammenzuklappen und beiseite zu stellen. Es nimmt wenig Raum ein (s. Foto).Ich bin fürs Erste sehr zufrieden. Da hat sich die Ausgabe im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten gelohnt. Der Langzeittest wirds zeigen obs so bleibt.
Gerät mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzieal
Sauber verpackt. Der Aufbau geht schnell von statten da fast alles schon vormontiert war. Das Gerät ist top verarbeitet. Schweißnähte alle perfekt . Auch die Lackierung sieht wertig aus. Die Anpassung mit den verschiedenen Winkel ist unnötig und verschlechtert somit die Standfestigkeit. Leichtes Wackeln ist spürbar. Vielleicht den Drehpunkt etwas nachziehen. Faltbar ist zwar gut in meinem Fall nicht nötig. Die Variante das der Ausleger absteckbar wäre hätte den Vorteil den Transport in der Wohnung zu vereinfachen. Aufrechtes Abstellen ist heickel wer einen empfindlichen Boden hat. Aus diesem Grund habe ich Kantenschutzband an die Fußablage montiert. Die durchgängig aus einem Blech besseren Stand verspricht. Die Fersen Stütze einstellbar wünschenswert. Doch für diesen Preis ein gut gemachtes Trainingsgerät zum fairen Preis. Doch wer bei Temu vorbei schaut wird die Kopie für 65 € finden.

Robust und handlich
Robustes und dennoch handliches Gerät.Mir ging es beim Kauf auch sehr stark um einen kleinen Stauraum des Gerätes bei Nichtgebrauch.Dies funktioniert sehr gut, und platzsparend. Das Gerät ist leicht zu transportieren. Die Verarbeitung ist für den Preis sehr gut. Da wackelt nichts. Das Gerät ist weitestgehend vormontiert gekommen. die Abschlußmontage ging sehr rasch, 5 min inklusive auspacken.Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Positiv: Gerät grundsätzlich i.O. Montage einfach.Negativ: Gerät wackelt, da die Winkeleinstellung unten Spiel hat. Das irritiert beim Einstieg in die Übung etwas.

My rating is very much a 5, but include the interaction with Innovamaxx UK and it would be a 5+ (or 6!)The bench itself: The design is quite standard, tried and trusted, and yup – you can find cheaper.... but the quality, build and finish on this Sportstech model makes the (somewhat small amount of) extra money well worth it. The kit has a good weight, giving great stability and thus a higher sense of trust when using it. As a Personal Trainer, this is excellent for all of my clients (who are such a varying degree of size and weight), and is still portable enough that I can take it to wherever needed without too much hassle.Something I have noted in cheaper models is that when you are on the equipment, the locking mechanism makes the kit angle slightly to one side, so you have a need (once in position) to ‘adjust’ your body to the opposite side of the lean to compensate. This risks working out with a muscular imbalance, which could lead to muscular dysfunction. I did not notice this however on this model, which is a big plus in my book.I also feel a lot more confident in performing dips and press ups on this model than others, increasing it’s use to me compared to other kit like it.Innovamaxx UK: In these trying times (especially in the UK where we have Brexit to add to our Covid issues!), companies managing to keep up with orders and balance the import/supply demand is not easy, however Innovamaxx have certainly proven to me that they can deliver, in both the real sense of the word and in customer satisfaction. Contact with them has been effortless, and not just me contacting them, but them contacting me when needed.All stages of the delivery process were smooth and as you would want... updated Tracking information on the delivery, and even delivering a week sooner than planned for.So all in all... not just a good piece of kit, but a great piece of kit, and not a just a good company to be a customer of, but a great company to be a customer of. Would definitely buy from again.
Well made and effective exercise machine
I don't normally review, but credit where credit is due. I use this machine because I have chronic undiagnosed lower back issues; I suspect it's related to the sacro-iliac joint but the docs can't confirm. Anyway by starting and finishing all exercise sessions with this device and also just using regularly I find I get the stretch and the exercise that the muscles around there need. Key is to engage the core really hard while performing the back extension, then you'll find the back is stretched and the core is engaged ready for anything else.Biggest fear was that it wouldn't be long enough; - I'm 6ft 3" / 1m 90cm but in fact I'm not even on the longest setting. It shortens up plenty as well if you're a bit of a midget. I'm 92kg and it's easily strong enough too. The inclination adjustment is also useful and I'm only on the middle inclination, - could still go harder or easier.What few folk mention about the back-extension is what a good stretch of hamstrings and calfs it also provides; = also helpful for stiff lower back. I use it for dips too and it's pretty good for that, - so get some upper body strength as well as the oblique curls which I can't be bothered with much. Item arrived well packaged and on time. Overall great product no complaints at all and has had plenty of use.
Brilliant for core and some upper body exercises and decent quality!
Really good piece of equipment, as it is predominantly designed to target the core; with the frame being designed for back extensions and side bends. As this is one of the more expensive options Amazon have, you are able to adjust the frame to be able to do various exercises, making it more value for your money. I was a little doubtful when I saw the guy doing dips in the video and I can say that the frame does wobble slightly when you do dips off the handle bars, so proceed with caution! Overall, really good piece of training equipment. Easy assembly, foldable for easy storage and a very good quality. I would only recommend others buying this if you are going to actually incorporate it into your training often, as it does cost £129.00 which is a lot of money if you are not going to make the most of it!
Good Quality, Durable Item at a Fair Price
I'm quite late reviewing this as I purchased it back in 2021, but on the plus side I can say that it still looks like it did on the day I received it despite a lot of use so has proved very durable. It was very easy to assemble and is of a good quality and stable build. I've been very impressed and happy with it.

Excellent item, but just not suitable for son. I apologise now, as I’m not really an expert at providing pros and cons for this type of equipment (not overly helpful I know), BUT what I will say is that the customer service is excellent. Although I ended up returning simply due to its unsuitability, the communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the item was collected promptly, and refunded just 3 days later. If I need to buy any other sports equipment, I won’t hesitate to buy from these people as consumer trust and confidence, goes a long way.
