- With a newly constructed frame, created from an 11 gauge steel alloy, the power station has a weight of 260 kg, with a maximum load capacity of 650 kg. This ensures a secure and stable stand even at the highest training intensity and explosive exercises, such as muscle-ups or toes-to-bar. The space required for the device with a width of 183 cm and a depth of 185 cm is less than 3.5 m².
- The straight bar blends seamlessly into the clean design as a multi-grip pull-up bar and at the same time offers various grip positions. Important basic exercises such as bench press, squats or deadlifts can be performed freely on the power rack element or guided on the Smith Machine. High-quality plain bearings are installed for smooth running of the weight sledge during exercises on the dual cable pull.
- Dual cable: the cable pull system forms the heart of this multi-press. The ball bearing pulleys ensure smooth precision during all exercises. With a gear ratio of 1:1, the guide rollers have exactly the resistance that you have placed in the form of your weight plates, so the finest gradations are possible.
- Smith machine with diameter 50 mm barbell: with the Smith Machine and the integrated Olympic barbell, you can train many muscle groups without the need for a free barbell. Professionals train safely at the Smith Bar even at high weights as in the gym, because you can put the bar down at any time on one of the 11 pins or the height-adjustable safety shelves.
