With a new year approaching I thought it was time to get some fitness equipment that I can proudly shove to the back of a cupboard, safe in the knowledge that I at least tried to get fit and kind of, sort of, completed 2026’s new year’s resolution…In the box you get the push-up board, two handles, two elastic ropes that clip onto the board and 8 anti-slip pads that you attach to the bottom of the board to stop it sliding about, as well as small instructional leaflet.The board has a number of slots and colours that correspond to various exercises you can do via the board (hence the 17 in 1 claim).This board has proven one thing to me… I am deeply unfit. Even doing a simple push up is a strain for me. So maybe I’ll keep this out of the cupboard and near my bed to try and push me into using it a bit more regularly.£11.99 (at time of ordering) is decent value for it.

Good product
Pretty decent quality product. I like all the quick easy set ups for the muscle group you want to work on. It's harder to use then just the floor but the handles are much nicer on the wrists. Overall it's a good product and I'm happy with it, this is from a non gym goer.
