    Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen haben mein Partner und ich unseren Fleischkonsum enorm herunter geschraubt. Seitdem sind wir auf der Suche nach Alternativen. Da wir gerne Burger essen haben wir uns für dieses Produkt entschieden.Es wird mit kochendem Wasser und etwas Öl zubereitet, dadurch erhält man eine hackähnliche Konsistenz. Durch Rote Beete wurde dir Masse eingefärbt, wodurch es auch optisch an Fleisch erinnert. Es ist gut gewürzt und absolut nicht langweilig. Wir haben statt 4 kleine Burger, 2 große Burger aus einer Tüte gemacht. Der Vorteil ist, sie machen satt und halten auch lange satt. Klar, es sind viele Kohlehydrate enthalten, dafür aber auch Eiweiß und kaum Fett. Beim Anbraten ist etwas Geduld gefragt. Lieber auf kleinerer Flamme und dafür länger braten. Burger belegen. Fertig...Guten Appetit

    4/5 · Die Schutzhüllen sind so schon gut nur war dieser Ausrichtungsrahmen nicht mit bei, es war eine Fuselei, die Schutzhülle gerade anzubringen

    Dieses Produkt ist sehr gut, die Verarbeitung sehr einfach, Konsistenz ist auch okay und es schmeckt

    Ich hatte mir die Veggie Burger als eventuelle Alternative zu fertig gepressten vegetarischen oder veganen Burgern bestellt. Das Anmischen der Veggie Burger funktionierte gut und auch das Braten in der Pfanne klappte, ohne dass die Burger auseinanderfielen.Geschmacklich fand ich die Patties ok, wenngleich mir bei der BBQ-Version eindeutig der Rauch- oder typische BBQ-Geschmack fehlte.Von der Konsistenz her mochte ich sie überhaupt nicht. Außen wurden sie zwar relativ knusprig, innen fand ich sie allerdings viel zu pampig - da habe ich schon deutlich überzeugendere Fleischalternativen aus Erbsenprotein gegessen.Schade, denn ich hätte gerne auf Bioqualität zurückgegriffen.

    I ordered a few of the smoky BBQ burger mix, as I really like the pure soy granules from the same company.However, the burger mix was a huge disappointment! Everything is wrong. Texture, taste…. No BBQ flavor at all. They were dyr, dense and just plain boring.I’m almost glad one of the bag had been ripped during delivery. Af least I got a refund for that one.Can’t recommend and will never buy again.

    Als fleischlosen Burger-Fan habe ich schon viele Produkte ausprobiert, aber die Biozentrale Smoky BBQ Burger sind bisher meine Favoriten. Sie sind saftig, würzig und haben eine tolle Textur. Die Zubereitung ist kinderleicht und das Ergebnis schmeckt selbst eingefleischten Fleischliebhabern. Definitiv ein Kauf wert!

    Not much flavor. When you put the mix together with water, you get a real blood red color and a meat like consistency. When you fry it you get a real BBQ black. Maybe if they added a bit of salt...
