    Leider etwas teuer, aber dafür echter japanischer Tofu.Geschmacklich wirklich sehr lecker, mit einer tollen seidigen Textur. Einfach großartig in Miso-Suppe ☝️

    Super Alternative zu Quark! Ich habe in einem Rezept für Quark-Öl-Teig den Quark gegen den Seidentofu ausgetauscht, da der Quark das Gebäck sehr förderlich für Sodbrennen macht. Mit Seidentofu keinerlei Änderung im Geschmack, aber deutlich bekömmlicher! Echt klasse! Nächster Test Quarkersatz in Käsekuchen.

    kam leider zerdrückt und zerbröselt an. da seidentofu ohnehin sehr weich ist und leicht zerfällt, war er zum kochen dann nicht mehr wirklich zu gebrauchen.

    Habe diesen Seidentofu gekauft, um damit Creamy Mapo Tofu Udon zu kochen und das hat wunderbar funktioniert! Der Tofu ist wirklich seidenweich und lässt sich gut verarbeiten. Geschmacklich habe ich keinen Vergleich, aber in meinem gekochten Gericht hat er mir gut geschmeckt.

    El tofu suave MORI-NU tiene una textura muy cremosa y funciona bien para recetas como batidos o postres. Sin embargo, el sabor resulta bastante plano y algo extraño incluso después de sazonarlo, lo que hace difícil disfrutarlo solo o en platos simples. Además, el tamaño y el precio no terminan de compensar. Puede servir para usos específicos, pero no sería mi primera opción para consumir tofu regularmente.
