    Ich benutze das Mehl zum Backen. Die Zubereitung ist genau wie beim herkömmlichen Mehl völlig unkompliziert. - eben nur deutlich gesünder 👍🏼Das einzige ist, die etwas andere Beschaffenheit im Mund. Der Geschmack unterscheidet sich etwas zu „ klassischen Weizenmehl „.Ist aber kaum der Rede wert, wenn man den Gesundheitsaspekt sieht 👍🏼
