Bin ein ausgesprochener Fan von Victorinox-Messern.Diese bilden ein bisher für mich unübertroffenes Verhältnis aus zweckorientiertem Design, optimaler Funktionalität, Schärfe, Haltbarkeit, Sicherheit, einfache Pflege und nicht zuletzt sehr einemfairem Preis.Dies gilt ohne Einschränkung auch für dieses Messer!

Das Messer ist sehr scharf und erfüllt seinen eigentlichen Zweck. Die Schärfe gibt für mich die meisten Pluspunkte.Allerdings ist die Klinge für meinen Geschmack zu breit und der Griff fühlt sich etwas merkwürdig an. Dadurch liegt das Messer nicht so gut in der Hand, wie ich es bei diesem Preis erwartet hätte.Unbrauchbar ist es definitiv nicht, dafür schneidet es zu gut. Begeistern konnte es mich aber ebenfalls nicht.Von mir gibt es daher 3 von 5 Sternen.
Filetiermesser: Gut aber zu flexibel
Grundsätzlich gute Messer, aber zu flexibel…dachte mit der gleichen Produktnummer (von Victorinox; Foto vergrößert) wird es gleich sein wie dass mit dem orangen Griff…dem ist nicht so :(
