Messer wie die Verpackung sind hochwertig gefertigt jedoch, hoffe ich das dem marketing das Essen in hals stecken bleibt bei der Frechheit einen NORMALEN STAHL als Damast Stahl zu verkaufenSobald man es einmal selber Geschärft hat kommt keine phase mehr raus, die schichten sind also schön aufgedruckt was mich einfach anpisst bei 160 euro !Geh garnicht daher kann ich den Händler nicht empfehlen, nix besonderes für das geld einfach traurig

Einfach Messerscharf!
Das Messer gleitet perfekt durch alles was ich schneide. Harte Kartoffeln wie weiche Butter, Zwiebeln ,Gurke, Paprika, wie Papier. Aber ich muss den Umgang noch etwas lernen. Es ist das erste scharfe Messer.Ich bin begeistert. Es liegt gut in der Hand und ist gut balanciert.Seit ich es besitze Koch ich auch gerne. Vorher Lidl Messer gehabt die so stumpf sind das nicht einmal Papier geschnitten werden kann.

Buy another xinzou knife, this one isnt worth the pricetag
Knife is pretty and arrived in perfect condition.However it isnt sharp and it feels like it stucks and wedges into the food as ypu cut it due to the matte finish.*edit, recived a offer for full refund or replacement knife from seller after informing I recived a faulty version. Good customer service.
