Excellent sharpening steel.
Bought this for my daughter so that she can have sharp knives, using blunt knives is dangerous. Gives a very good finish to the edge. Needs to be used properly to be effective. Good quality and will last for years. I also have one that is donkeys years old and it is still doing its job. Good bit of kit. Recommended.

Vale para lo que está diseñada, mantener el filo (que no afilar. Las chairas alinean el filo ty sus "microdientes" pero no afilan el borde). Sabiendo para qué vale una chaira, esta está bien acabada, parece decente y funciona bien. Y durará una eternidad, no merece la pena ahorrarse 7€ y comprar una chinada. Y no es corta, salvo que tengas un cuchillo gigantesco es perfectamente usable con cuchillos "de chef" o más pequeños.
