Price very expensive material is good but nothing with price
These make you want to cook more often
Every time you hold one of these in your hands you can feel the quality with which they were crafted, the price is reasonable considering the price of a hand-crafted knife and, the fact they will perform every time. I have not put them in the dishwasher and have had them for a few weeks only, however, so far they still look as good as new.

Couteaux magnifiques et de grandes qualités. Ca coupe très fort et c'est ce qu'on demande ! La préhension et l'équilibre est vraiment excellent et je comprends pourquoi c'est un best seller chez les cuisiniers. Donc oui c'est cher, mais la qualité le justifie.
