    Ich habe inzwischen mehrere Victorinox Messer, sie sind für mich ein sehr guter Kompromiss im Bezug auf Schärfe, Robustheit und Preis:Victorinox Schärfe: Akzeptabel "schlanke" Klinge, problemlos rasiermesserscharf schärfbar.Vergleich preislich nach unten: Meine billigeren Messer haben z.T. zu dicke Klingen und sind schlecht gehärtet (nicht richtig schärfbar)Vergleich preislich nach oben; Agressiver geformte, dünnere Klingen, die schärfer werden und schneller schärfbar sind.Victorinox Robustheit: Sehr gut, bei meinem Gebrauch keine Ausbrüche, "Rasiermesserscharf" geht bei allen meinen Messern im Gebrauch ähnlich schnell verloren.Vergleich preislich nach unten: spielt keine Rolle, meist nur als Buttermeser verwendbar.Vergleich preislich nach oben: Probleme mit Schäden an der Klinge und Ausbrüchen, z.T. schon wenn man an einen Obststiel kommt und bei Pfirsichsteinen ist alles vorbei wenn man nicht aufpasst.
