Außerdem bekommt man es auch ganz leicht auf die Schärfe nachgeschliffen.Ich verstehe die Leute nicht die das Messer schlecht bewerten. Wer scharfe Messer haben möchte muss diese auch nachschleifen. Kein Messer, auch kein Japanisches 1000€ Messer bleibt dauerhaft scharf.
