Ich habe einige Messer von Victorinox und bin immer zugegen damit. Auch dieses Messer ist einfach nur super. Darf in keiner Küche fehlen.

Schön scharf, funktioniert super.
Gutes Messer, unnötiger Kullenschliff
Grundsätzlich schneidet das Messer sehr gut und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Hätte ich gewusst, dass der Kullenschliff völlig wirkungslos ist (Schneidgut wie z.B. Salatgurken bleiben genauso an der Klinge kleben wie bei gewöhnlichen Messern), hätte ich die günstigere Version ohne Kullenschliff gekauft.
